How does the installation work?
A ROMA technician mounts the diffusion unit near your furnace and connects it to your HVAC supply line with a small tube. The whole visit takes under an hour, and nothing about your HVAC system is modified or damaged.
Is it safe for kids and pets?
Yes. ROMA uses cold-air nebulization — no heat, no smoke, no aerosols. Fragrance is diffused at very low, evenly distributed concentrations throughout the home.
Will it work if my fan isn't running?
ROMA diffuses whenever your HVAC fan circulates air. Most systems can run the fan continuously or on a schedule — we set this up for you during install so coverage stays consistent.
How strong is the scent?
You're in control. The app lets you adjust intensity and schedule diffusion windows — subtle for everyday, a touch more for hosting.
What's in the fragrance oils?
ROMA oils are thin-viscosity, carrier-free fragrance blends formulated specifically for cold-air nebulization — the same category used in luxury hotels.
Will it leave residue in my ducts?
No. The mist is dry and ultra-fine — it evaporates into the airflow rather than settling. Carrier-free oils mean nothing oily ever enters your system.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Anytime, no penalties. The unit is yours — if you cancel, it simply pauses until you're ready again.
